Valsalva technique

The Valsalva Technique, also known as the Valsalva Maneuver, is a safe and effective method to balance pressure in the ears and sinuses. It involves taking a deep breath, closing your mouth, pinching your nose, and gently exhaling to create pressure in the nasal and ear passages. This technique is commonly used to relieve ear discomfort during flights or diving, improve sinus drainage, and sometimes assist in certain cardiovascular assessments under medical supervision.
