Dr. Anikode Subramanian Ramaswamy is a distinguished pathologist with over 20 years of academic and clinical experience. He currently serves as Professor and Head of the Department of Pathology at PES Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (PESIMSR), Kuppam. Dr. Anikode Subramanian Ramaswamy holds an MBBS degree from M.S. Ramaiah Medical College, Bangalore, awarded in April 2001, and an MD in Pathology from JJM Medical College, Davangere, completed in October 2006, both affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS). In addition to his core medical education, he has earned multiple certifications in laboratory quality and healthcare management. These include training in Laboratory Quality Management and Internal Audit as per ISO 15189:2007, a Certificate Course in Healthcare Quality Management from The Sankara Nethralaya Academy, and an assessor training course for ISO 15189:2012 by the Quality and Accreditation Institute. He has also completed specialized programs such as the ISN-ANIO Basic Clinical Nephropathology Certificate, a government-certified course in hospital management, and a national certificate course in cervical cancer screening for pathologists.
