PRP , platelet-rich plasma is prepared from a small sample of your own blood. It is spun in a centrifuge to concentrate the platelets, which carry growth factors that support tissue repair, collagen production, and blood flow. In gynaecology, I use PRP to address conditions such as vaginal dryness, reduced sensitivity, stress urinary incontinence, thin endometrium, and cervical erosion. Because PRP comes from your own blood, there is no risk of allergic reaction. At Shri Kripalu Hospital, Beed, I begin every case with a detailed consultation before recommending any treatment. PRP works best when combined with complementary modalities rather than used in isolation.
