How often should I bring my baby for a growth and development check-up?

Monthly visits in the first six months, then at 9, 12, 15, and 18 months, and every six to twelve months through childhood. Each visit combines growth monitoring, developmental milestone review, and vaccination  -  one appointment covering all three preventive priorities.
