Dr. Guhan worked as a Senior Clinical Fellow in HPB Surgery and Liver Transplantation at Royal Free Hospital, London. He also visited Mie University Hospital, Japan, for a one-month fellowship in HPB Surgery and Liver Transplantation and underwent training in sacral nerve stimulation at Vall d'Hebron Hospital, Barcelona.
