Dr. Nithin Kumar N has been active in Acute stroke management, thrombolysis and post stroke management. During his training days in Bombay( 2005) he was a part stroke unit and this early exposure has given him the encouragement to work actively stroke. In Columbia Asia hospital Whitefield and Fortis Hospital, Cunningham road, he has already managed nearing 200 cases of acute ischemic stroke which needed IV thrombolysis with satisfactory outcomes. He has been involved in Epilepsy management for complex cases of epilepsies with medications  with good outcomes. He was part of many articles related to Epilepsy medications during his tenure in Vydehi Hospital and Institute of Medical Sciences. Epilepsy management needs adequate patient analysis and follow up. He was working as an observer for a brief period ( 4-6 months ), during his initial years in Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute of Medical Sciences, Trivandrum for Epilepsy programme, which has helped him to approach epilepsy cases methodically. He has been  active for Botox injection therapy for patients with spasticity ( stroke ), dystonia and Migraine.  He has immense experience in treating variety of headache disorders with usage of latest medicines and neurostimulation assist devices.
