CDK4/6 inhibitors and antibody-drug conjugates can be combined with SABR. Systemic therapy controls microscopic disease throughout the body while SABR eradicates visible metastatic sites. CDK4/6 inhibitors are typically continued around the SABR course. The exact sequencing is determined by the multidisciplinary team based on the patient's disease, systemic therapy response, and the sites being treated. This coordinated two-pronged approach is the standard strategy for appropriately selected oligometastatic breast cancer patients.
